Please understand that in the following we would like to draw your attention to a few points which will ensure a reservation for both parties:
Opening hours of the hotel reception
Our receptions are available for you 24 hours a day.
Opening hours of the restaurant weitsicht
Our restaurant weitsicht is opened for you as follows:
Breakfast: Monday to Saturday from 08.00-11.00
Brunch: Sunday 11.30-14.30
Lunch menu: Tuesday to Sunday 11.30-14.30
À la carte: Tuesday to Sunday 18.00-22.00
Separate conditions apply for restaurant/banquet and conference reservations:

Changes in bookings
In the event that the hotel, for whatever reason, does not have the number and type of rooms and event rooms already booked, the hotel reserves the right to accommodate the group or event in another hotel of the same category in the vicinity. Furthermore, the Hotel reserves the right to rebook booked event rooms within the Hotel to equivalent rooms of similar capacity.
Force Majeure
Force majeure releases both parties, the customer and the hotel, from their contractual obligations under this agreement. Force majeure shall be deemed to be Natural disasters, terrorist attacks, war, occupation, riots, strikes, complete breakdown of utilities, complete cessation of air traffic (except due to weather conditions or strikes). All this, however, only if the Hotel and its operations are directly affected by it.
In the event of non-compliance with the terms of the contract, the hotel reserves the right to consider the present contract invalid with immediate effect and written notification.
It is agreed that Innsbruck shall be the place of jurisdiction and place of performance. In the event of late payment, 5% interest on arrears shall be charged. Austrian law and the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) shall apply.
Cleaning
If soiling that exceeds the normal level of use is still evident after the departure of the Guest, the Hotel is entitled to subsequently charge the Guest for the costs of repair, replacement or cleaning.
Checking your credit card
The credit card will be checked by us before your arrival.
Transfers from abroad
For transfers from abroad, transfer fees may not be booked at our expense. Furthermore, a lump sum of € 5.00 per transfer will be charged for payments from third countries.
§ 6 Provision of substitute accommodation
6.1 The Proprietor may provide the Party or the guests with adequate substitute accommodation (of the same quality) if this is reasonable for the Party, especially if the difference is minor and objectively justified.
6.2 An objective justification shall be deemed given, for example, if the room(s) has (have) become unusable, guests already accommodated extend their stay, there is an overbooking or other important operational measures require this step.
6.3 Any additional expenses for the substitute accommodation shall be borne by the Proprietor
